Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Product Owner in achieving their vision for the respective workstream by providing project management expertise throughout each development phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Product Owner and Scrum teams.
- Collaborate directly with Solution Design Experts to align business requirements with IT outcomes.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to understand and document user stories/requirements and epics, then drive alignment within Scrum teams.
- Capture decisions and outcomes during requirements planning.
- Support backlog with input from Product Owner.
- Responsible for ICAT Prep.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working with web applications and/or Salesforce.com preferred.
- Background in Business Analysis in complex programmes using agile methodology essential.
- Patient Services experience and proficiency in Salesforce and Confluence advantageous.
- Adept at working with user groups and Scrum teams to obtain and analyse user stories.
- English language required.
