Global Chemical Knowledge Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Global Chemical Knowledge Management Expert to join our team at Lonza, a leading life sciences company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing databases that focus on performance, robustness, quality, and speed on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and maintains a global chemical knowledge management system.
- Validates the chemical database system independently.
- Conducts requirement engineering according to the needs of diverse internal customers and system administrators.
- Serves as an adviser in the field of substance registration and chemical nomenclature.
- Plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation to implementation and is accountable for project results.
- Resolves issues during development or maintenance, directly communicating with the customer and other involved parties.
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in information sciences, specialization in chemistry or biochemistry is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in KM, innovation, or digitalization, including management experience.
- Knowledgeable in information integrity and security.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
