Administrative Compliance Specialist

UCB is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Compliance Specialist to join their Medical Affairs department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring transparency and compliance within the Alps region. Your primary focus will be on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the transparency process, as well as managing training and communication with stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the transparency process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage training and communication with stakeholders, including business departments and authorities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Drive digitalization projects on a local and global level, optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
Your Profile:
- You have a diploma in an administrative environment, with experience in data collection and analysis.
- You are proficient in database management and have a keen eye for detail.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders who may not speak English.
- You are proficient in Office tools, including MS Office and PDF.
- You are an independent and autonomous individual, with a strong team player mentality.
About the Role:
This is a 1-year contract with a clear possibility of extension. As a key member of the Medical Affairs team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's transparency and compliance efforts.
