You will join a talented team of strategic thinkers, innovative technologists, deep subject matter experts, and data evangelists passionate about driving better performance in healthcare.

As a Principal within the MEP team, you will take on various roles within core areas: business development, client relationship building, project leadership, and team development.

Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets by consulting with clients taking the lead role in proposal development building client intimacy with senior leaders at key accounts and identifying opportunities for the broader IQVIA business.

You will serve as the MEP expert for key accounts collaborating closely across real-world and commercial teams to ensure a coordinated proactive go-to-market approach.

You will act as principal-in-charge on client engagements leading teams of RWS professionals in the design, development, and delivery of complex real-world products taking ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in real-world evidence, medical affairs, HEOR, or market access.
  2. Significant parts of previous experience gained in consulting/professional services.
  3. Strong interest in developing and delivering innovative solutions across the evidence lifecycle.
  4. Proven success in selling complex studies and/or strategic engagements to HQ/Global level.
  5. A track record in building client relationships ideally including experience of account strategy.
  6. Commercial awareness including experience in balancing scope management and client relationship to ensure commercial objectives are met.
  7. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
  8. Proven ability to advance ambiguous or conceptual ideas to decision points engaging multiple stakeholders internal and clients.
  9. Experience in managing virtual teams enabling individuals to perform, grow, and deliver client work to high-quality standards.
  10. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills values people's opinions and encourages knowledge sharing.
  11. Previous experience in coaching junior team members ideally in a formal coaching role.
  12. Offerings development experience familiarity with accepted innovations models would be beneficial.
  13. Leadership experience in complex organizations with demonstrated results in aligning people without formal reporting relationships.
