About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Field Sales Associate. As a Field Sales Associate, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors in Switzerland and Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Success: Support distributor success through regular field visits, calls, and participation in training sessions and events.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and merchandise teams to align field sales strategies.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Switzerland and Austria.
  • Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with distributors to identify trends, uncover new sales opportunities, and address their support needs.
  • Reporting: Utilize BI tools to create reports that provide insights into distributor performance and highlight growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of field sales or key account management experience, ideally in a multinational FMCG environment with a D2C/B2B focus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and numerical skills to interpret data effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and verbal communication in German, French, and English.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to distributor and customer success, embodying a servant leadership approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic Excel skills.
