About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Field Sales Associate. As a Field Sales Associate, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors in Switzerland and Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Success: Support distributor success through regular field visits, calls, and participation in training sessions and events.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and merchandise teams to align field sales strategies.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Switzerland and Austria.
- Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with distributors to identify trends, uncover new sales opportunities, and address their support needs.
- Reporting: Utilize BI tools to create reports that provide insights into distributor performance and highlight growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of field sales or key account management experience, ideally in a multinational FMCG environment with a D2C/B2B focus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and numerical skills to interpret data effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and verbal communication in German, French, and English.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to distributor and customer success, embodying a servant leadership approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic Excel skills.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive, organized, and flexible individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Willingness to work weekends as needed.
