Network Operations Center (NOC) Team Lead & Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Team Lead & Engineer to join our team in Bern, Switzerland. As a leader in the telecommunications industry, this role offers a unique opportunity to manage and maintain mobile and IPX network operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
  • Manage complex network infrastructure, including Cisco ASR, Nexus, Arista switches, Fortinet firewalls, and IP networking protocols.
  • Oversee IPX, roaming, signaling, and VAS platforms to ensure high availability and security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain network stability and security.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on network operations or engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in mobile networks, IPX, and roaming.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, security, and signaling protocols.
  • Experience managing high-performance, carrier-grade networks.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
