We are seeking an experienced Senior Group Accounting Specialist to join our team at Randstad (Schweiz) AG. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Kanadevia Inova Group IFRS consolidation and quarterly reporting to the parent company in Japan.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Kanadevia Inova Group IFRS consolidation and quarterly reporting to the parent company in Japan, as well as supervising statutory financial reporting and external audits for Kanadevia Inova.
  • Team Collaboration: The role requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IFRS consolidation and reporting, with knowledge of reporting systems like Tagetik, as well as a strong understanding of IFRS standards and accounting policies.
What You'll Need
  • Qualifications: A degree in accounting or a related field, with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on IFRS consolidation and reporting, as well as statutory financial reporting and external audits.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, with proficiency in financial software and systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
