Wir suchen einen motivierten Shift Lead für unser Filling & Assembly Team in Lachen, Schweiz. Der Schichtleiter wird Teil eines Teams sein, das für die Produktion von hochwertigen Schönheitsprodukten von Estée Lauder Companies verantwortlich ist.

Hauptraufgaben

  • Umsetzung der Sicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Lieferbereitschafts- und Kostenziele
  • Durchführung von Korrekturmassnahmen und Priorisierung der Aufgaben
  • Betreuung und Führung der Linien im Assembly
  • Administrative Arbeiten und Abschlussarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Assembly
  • Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrolle im Assembly
  • Zeiterfassung und Verbuchung von Stunden und Komponenten
  • Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems und Sicherstellung der Korrektheit der Buchungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Informationsfluss zwischen den Schichten und innerhalb der Schicht

Qualifikationen

  • Berufsausbildung EFZ oder abgeschlossene Schulbildung und langjährige Produktionserfahrung
  • Gutes Verständnis für mechanische Produktionsmaschinen
  • Bereitschaft für Mehrarbeit und Samstagseinsätze
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Risikobewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Erledigung von Detailaufgaben
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
