The successful candidate is expected to collaborate effectively with internal customers and cross-functional data teams to solve problems, implement scalable mechanisms, install appropriate levels of structure and control, dive deep where necessary and deliver against high standards.
Job Description
- Partner with AGS Europe Central leadership in building sales strategy, goals and mechanisms
- Lead Rhythm of Business for CEE/Europe Central, have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the Europe Central Sales Leadership Team
- Develop robust strategy and operational governance model to audit the business and execute on strategic initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 7-8 years of experience in Finance, Sales Strategy, planning and Operations, Business Development, or other related fields
- Proven experience with managing operations and business
