SaaS Solution Champion

As a Product Specialist at Rivero AG, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success and advocating for our SaaS solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new customers, ensure they maximise the value of using our Kajo scheme compliance solution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
Key Accountabilities- Customer Onboarding:
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and provide tailored onboarding experiences to ensure seamless adoption of Kajo.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their pain points and offer proactive support to address any challenges they face.
- Work closely with the Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also contribute to the development of our product roadmap by providing valuable feedback from customers and suggesting innovative ideas for improving our offerings.
