- Business & IT Collaboration: Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions into the overall business strategy.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure that supports backup, recovery, and continuity operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential risks to business continuity and IT services, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure minimal impact on operations during outages or failures.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based projects and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. The role will involve gathering and managing requirements from diverse stakeholders and ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
