Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Specialist to join our DevOps team at ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving Azure platform security, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, providing cyber security expertise, implementing security controls, and managing access to data to ensure app, container, infrastructure, and network protection.

About the Role: In this challenging and rewarding role, you will maintain and improve Azure platform security, provide cyber security expertise in security solutions and architectures, implement security controls and policies, and manage access to data. You will also implement and configure network security in a hybrid context, ensure data protection, and manage operations within a cloud solution environment. Additionally, you will support cloud engineers to implement security best-practices, ensure compliance with industry regulators and auditors, and deliver and update documentation on internal wiki platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve Azure platform security by identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, and monitoring system performance.
  • Provide expert-level cybersecurity guidance to the team on security solutions and architectures, ensuring that all systems and applications are secure and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Implement and manage security policies, procedures, and standards across the organization, ensuring that all employees understand and adhere to these guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineers to design and implement secure cloud architectures, ensuring that all cloud-based systems and applications meet the highest security standards.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of cloud security risks and threats, staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies and methodologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address security gaps, ensuring that all systems and applications are secure and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Analyze security incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences, working closely with incident response teams to contain and remediate security breaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in IT security.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud security platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, as well as experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Experience with risk assessment technologies, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response software.
  • Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001, and experience with cloud security certifications, such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
