About the Role

The Philanthropy Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Head of Fundraising – Philanthropy in achieving Fondation Hirondelle's strategic objectives. This includes researching, engaging, and profiling potential major donors, as well as developing donor profiles and conducting due diligence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with at least three years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and approach tasks with empathy and enthusiasm.

  • Conduct research to identify potential major donors
  • Develop relationships with existing donors and prospects
  • Prepare reports and updates on donor engagement and fundraising efforts
