Your Role at Capco

  1. You will advise clients on the definition and development of business solutions, operating models, and implementation in the wealth and asset management industry.
  2. You will engage in all aspects of projects, from planning, budgeting, deliverables definition, risk assessment, and reporting.
  3. You will capture client needs, derive transparency on business status and opportunities, and help clients define their target state.
  4. You will develop ideas and concepts to reach business objectives through refined business models, improved operating models, and implementation.
  5. You will translate objectives into implementation plans.
  6. You will work together with technology teams to translate conceptual business ideas into technical solutions.
  7. You will manage dependencies to other projects and work with all relevant stakeholders.

Your Success Factors

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in banking or consulting with a focus on wealth and asset management.
  • Solid understanding of the value chain in wealth and/or asset management.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, strong passion for business improvement, and finding joy in creating something new.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders across departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and French.
