We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at ConnectPartners Sàrl. This is a leadership position that requires sophisticated problem-solving, commercial, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Derive actionable insights from sales activities to support business development and sales efforts.
- Identify best practices in business development and prospect conversion, sharing them across the relationship management team.
- Channel client and prospect feedback into the firm's marketing activities, investment offering, and WM services to maintain competitiveness.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic efforts by gathering industry knowledge and proposing strategic initiatives for the WM business.
- Collaborate on creating, executing, and overseeing business plans to achieve WM targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of wealth management industry experience, preferably with operational consulting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, ideally in Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
- Specific knowledge of the investment industry, including financial instruments and major players.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in French a plus.
- Demonstrable leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
