About Our Client

Our client is a renowned company operating in the industry.

Your Responsibilities
  • Betreiben Sie das aktuelle ERP-System und Subsysteme (Infor.COM, IGF, L-Mobile/CRM).
  • Unterstützen Sie die SAP-Einführung mit Teilprojektleitung SAP FI/CO inklusive Datenmigration.
  • Übernehmen Sie den SAP-1st Level Support vor Ort und kooperieren Sie eng mit dem SAP-Prozessteam (Global IT) im HQ in Deutschland.
  • Aufbauen Sie neue und betreuen Sie vorhandene Controlling- und Reporting Tools in Excel.
  • Erstellen Sie Anwender-Dokumentationen und Schulungen für Mitarbeiter vor Ort.
  • Erstellen und betreuen Sie Datenbankabfragen (SQL-Statements) und Excel-Makroprogrammierungen.
  • Optimieren, testen und abnehmen Sie System- und Prozessänderungen inklusive Datenpflege.
  • Erbringen Sie administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung in IT-Fragen.
  • Erarbeiten Sie Entscheidungsempfehlungen.
Your Profile
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SAP-Betreuung und/oder -Einführung.
  • Gute Prozesskenntnisse und Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher Abläufe.
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, v.a. Excel/Access.
  • Excel- und SQL-Programmierung.
  • Erfahrung mit aktuellem ERP-System (Infor.COM) und FI-Tool (Infor IGF) von Vorteil.
  • Belastbarkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und analytisches Denken.
  • Dynamische und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an Weiterentwicklung.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
