Security Professional Wanted for Agile IT Team

We are seeking a skilled Security Professional to join our agile IT team at Galenica AG in Bern, Switzerland. As an Information Security Officer (f/m) 100%, you will be responsible for taking technical ownership of the "IT Security" product and ensuring its alignment with our company's goals.
In this role, you will prioritize tasks and features, collaborate with business owners and stakeholders, and assess risks to propose effective measures. Your expertise in networks, business applications, and agile setups will be invaluable in driving our security initiatives forward.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in computer science or business informatics with additional certification in IT security
- Several years of professional experience in security management (ISO27001)
- In-depth expertise in networks and business applications
- Good knowledge of an agile setup (e.g., SAFe); experience as a product owner is a plus
- 13th monthly salary
- Profit-sharing bonus or individual bonus depending on role
- 42-hour workweek with flexible working hours possible
- Minimum 25 days' holiday
- Possibility of buying holiday or taking unpaid leave
- Advantageous sharing of premiums: approx. 2/3 employer, 1/3 employee
Roughly CHF 80,000 - 110,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
