About the Job
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Professional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for taking technical ownership of the product 'IT Security' and ensuring its successful implementation in our agile SAFe setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog by creating features that align with our security goals.
- In coordination with the team and business owners, prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Accompany various initiatives and verify security requirements to ensure compliance.
- Create security concepts and guidelines to safeguard our systems and data.
- Plan and conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- In collaboration with the Risk Evaluation Team, assess risks and propose measures to mitigate them.
- Manage stakeholders actively and collaborate closely with other product owners in the value stream.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in computer science or business informatics (FH/Uni) with additional certification in IT security (CISSP/CISM/Information Security). Your professional experience in security management (ISO27001) and expertise in networks and business applications will also be essential.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, which includes a 13th monthly salary and profit-sharing bonus or individual bonus depending on your role. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, working from home options, 42-hour workweek, and minimum 25 days' holiday. We also provide advantageous sharing of premiums for our pension fund and support continuing education with internal and external training courses.
