Join Our Team as a Manager in Business Technology

At Capgemini Invent, we're on a mission to empower our clients to envision and shape the future of their businesses. As a Manager in Business Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting senior IT executives in defining and implementing complex IT transformation programs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and understanding of their business needs.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to address client challenges, leveraging your expertise in digital transformation and IT strategy.
  • Lead and oversee multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Evaluate clients' existing technology systems and infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Recommend technology solutions that align with client objectives, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation efforts, helping clients make informed decisions that drive business growth.
Your Qualifications
  • Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor's or master's degree in a renowned university in the field of Business and/or Information Technology.
  • Industry knowledge: strong knowledge of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science.
  • Consulting experience: strong consulting experience (4+ years) and strong project management and/or change management skills.
  • Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work.
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluency in English and German (Zurich/Basel) or French (Lausanne/Geneva) is mandatory (minimum C1 level written and spoken). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
  • Leadership experience: experience in management with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
