Aerodynamic Project Development Lead Role

The Audi F1 Project invites applications for the position of Formula 1 Aerodynamics Project Lead. As a lead member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of aerodynamic development projects and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief Aerodynamicist/Head of Aero to set priorities and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead the Aero Development Group to ensure they deliver their input on time with the required quality.
  • Liaise between the Aero Development Group and Full-Scale departments to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Chair the aerodynamic project planning meetings to ensure effective project coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Experience and knowledge of F1 aerodynamic development processes is preferred.
  • Project management experience is also preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Adaptability, proactiveness, and resiliency are necessary characteristics for this role.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
