Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Specialist to join our Trust Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of fiduciary structures, including companies and trusts, for global clients.
  • Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and tailored information.
  • Regularly review client structures, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with third-party advisors to ensure excellent administration services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and company policies.
  • Oversee cash collection across the portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate document management and file systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the trust industry.
  • Previous experience working for a SATC member is required.
  • Current STEP certification or willingness to continue it, with half of it already completed.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; French is an asset.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on location and experience.
