Culinary Director

Hosco is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Director to oversee the smooth operation of our culinary venues. As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in premium brand hospitality environments, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional quality and service standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have advanced culinary skills, a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, and excellent leadership abilities. They will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively handle complex situations.
As Culinary Director, you will lead a multi-cultural team, maximize crew satisfaction, productivity, and retention, and meet with Team Leaders daily to provide feedback and operational updates. You will also be responsible for maintaining impeccable grooming standards within your team at all times.
