We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative Specialist Care to join our dynamic team at Novo Nordisk. As a Sales Representative Specialist Care, you will play a critical role in cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly cardiologists, to promote Novo Nordisk's GLP1-RAs products with a focus on cardiometabolic and health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet strategic and tactical objectives and sales targets within your assigned territory, contributing to regional and national success
  • Maintain constructive collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to develop aligned Field Force strategies and tactics
  • Actively participate in internal meetings and trainings, contributing to the team's knowledge and expertise
  • Lead regional or national initiatives and projects when assigned, driving business objectives forward
  • Organize events and sponsorships in the territory as per business objectives and approved budget, and represent Novo Nordisk at regional, national, and international congresses/events

Requirements

  • Paramedical or scientific education, SHQA-Certificate is a plus
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Pharma industry
  • Proven sales experience and relationships in cardiology and strong sales management across districts, regions
  • Key Account Management/Sales experience in another industry area is a plus
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, Italian or French knowledge is a plus
