R&D Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented R&D Associate to support our team in daily R&D tasks related to primary cell culture work, utilizing molecular biology assays.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research experiments and gather data
- Plan and execute research projects, including literature research as needed
- Report and present research findings to the team
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in aseptic cell culture techniques and primary cell cultivation
- Proficiency in standard molecular biology methods, including qPCR, Western Blot, and immunostaining
- Experience with Flow Cytometry is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in English; German is an advantage
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
