Business Continuity Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team at the Pictet Group in Geneva. This role is responsible for supporting the business and group entities in updating/upgrading their BCM reference documentation and related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and crisis management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess and mitigate risks that could impact business continuity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including risk, legal, ICT experts and business managers.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and other Corporate Resilience topics to support due diligence, RFP and audit enquiries.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least seven years' experience in financial services, with good understanding of end-to-end processes and BCM know-how.
- Strong analytical mindset, with good attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Excellent command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools would be an advantage.
