Job Title: Software EngineerKey Responsibilities
  • Design and develop reliable, performant, and scalable software solutions to streamline construction processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven experimentation and iterate on features.
  • Integrate machine learning models to enhance construction process flows and improve decision-making.
  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and other team members to share expertise and drive innovation.
  • Tackle complex algorithmic, scaling, and performance challenges to push the boundaries of what's possible in construction technology.
  • Code using primarily TypeScript and Python, and contribute to the development of a delightful and bullet-proof product.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or related fields (ETH Zurich or equivalent).
  • A strong passion for software engineering, a curious mind, and an empathic style that wants to teach others.
