Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, a leading institution in hospitality and leisure management, is seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Instructor to join our team in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to deliver high-quality academic and hands-on training in pastry arts to our bachelor students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach the pastry curriculum, utilizing a variety of teaching techniques and methods to engage students.
  • Mentor and supervise students, guiding them in their development as individuals and as a team.
  • Evaluate student performance through regular feedback and maintain accurate student records.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to HACCP standards.
  • Produce high-quality pastries, meeting industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in pastry arts, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Previous teaching or training experience in a culinary school or similar international educational setting.
  • Fluent level of English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
