Culinary Instructor Position

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Instructor to join our team at Les Roches Crans-Montana. As a Culinary Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic and hands-on training in pastry arts to our bachelor students.

  • Develop and enhance our pastry curriculum to meet industry standards.
  • Deliver effective teaching techniques, methods, and materials to students.
  • Mentor and supervise students, guiding them in their development as individuals and as a brigade.
  • Evaluate student performance through regular feedback and maintain accurate student records.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area, adhering to HACCP standards, and produce high-quality pastries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in pastry arts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Previous teaching or training experience in a culinary school or similar international educational setting.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
