Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Merkle DACH. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project delivery plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Team Management: Assemble and lead a diverse project team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, ensuring alignment with company protocols and methodologies.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Scrum Master certification, with knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Agile).
- Education: Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent educational experience.
- Language: Proficiency in German and English.
