About the RoleThe successful candidate will:
- Lead the development and implementation of a lean system to capture, document, and align customer requirements with scientifically derived parameters.
- Develop and maintain generic control plans for business and manufacturing processes to identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish a structured, continuous process for problem identification and resolution, utilizing a visual quality clinic to track status and improvements.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop optimized processes for the product lifecycle.
- Develop and implement process gates to cross-validate customer requirements, synchronize internal stakeholders, and create tools for seamless implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Operational Excellence tools such as PDCA, value stream mapping, FMEA, etc.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, with a proven track record of driving results and collaborating within matrix organizations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
