Key responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and monitor quality procedures to ensure compliance with GxP standards, corporate policies, Swissmedic, FDA and other regulatory body regulations and guidelines
- Support all QA operations readiness activities concerning SOP landscape, batch records, training, deviation
- / CAPA- and change control management
- Coaching and development to direct reports to enable an atmosphere of learning and growth
- Lead QA project management activities
- Support all audits and inspections
- Implement Lean / OPEX approaches in Quality and foster improvement projects
- Key contact for all customer related communications
- Provide KPI reporting and execute action plans to address opportunities for improvement

Key requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline, Engineering or Quality Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Highly experienced in Quality Assurance as well as audit experience with Swissmedic/FDA/EMA regulations
- Sound experience with Lean / Operational Excellence / Six Sigma as well as GMP compliance expertise
- Team oriented and promoting of others
- Ability to interface and communicate directly with customers and regulatory bodies
- Excellent written and oral communication in english to include accurate and legible documentation
