We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at AmorServ. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and qualify leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients' needs and secure qualified meetings.
  • Present our solutions, demonstrating their added value and driving customer engagement.
  • Prepare quotes, handle negotiations, and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction levels and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Propose innovative sales approaches and optimize the lead qualification process.
  • Efficiently manage leads and opportunities using our CRM system and marketing automation tool.
Requirements
  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Swiss market and in a SaaS or subscription-based company.
  • Experience in HR solutions is a plus, though not mandatory, as training will be provided.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with resilience and a growth mindset when facing challenges.
  • Enjoys working with international teams in a collaborative and upbeat atmosphere.
