We are looking for a talented individual to join our DeFi team at Tensor Technologies, acquired by IMC. As a Quantitative Trading Expert, you will contribute to designing and developing our trading algorithms and improving our software stack for trading in various DeFi venues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on developing highly competitive trading algorithms and platforms.
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art trade execution and connectivity solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis of DeFi protocols using on-chain data and trading strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with updates to DeFi protocols.
Key Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets.
  • Proficiency in one or more blockchain-related programming languages such as Go, Rust, Solidity, or Move.
  • Familiarity with Linux R&D environments, including Git and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in blockchain analytics, DeFi protocols, and MEV.
  • Detailed understanding of concrete blockchains on conceptual and/or programming levels.
  • Hands-on experience in quantitative trading environments.
  • Deep comprehension of the EVM and/or the technical underpinnings of other blockchain ecosystems.
  • Smart contract design and development expertise.
  • Experience with cryptography libraries, digital signatures, and hash algorithms.
