Lead Digital Transformation Specialist

As a key member of our team at Ginetta, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of our clients.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to help our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective management and expansion of key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.
- Help clients develop and implement digital transformation strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and digital technologies to provide expert guidance to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in account management or sales.
- Extensive knowledge of digital products and digital technology.
- Strong understanding of key account management principles and strategies.
- 8+ years of experience working in an agency that creates complex custom digital products for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.
