Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute electric field operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address any technical issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience in electric operations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A working knowledge of electrical fundamentals, demonstrated by an appropriate test.
- The ability to use instruments for measuring and recording current and voltage.
- Familiarity with Company rules and regulations, applicable codes and safety rules, and local ordinances governing electrical wiring.
- A valid New York State automobile operator's license.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, requiring regular working hours and occasional overtime as needed. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
