Unsere Auftraggeberin ist eine führende, international tätige Logistikfirma mit Sitz in Basel. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen integren, unternehmerischen und zuverlässigen Finanzmanager als Teamleiter Finanzen und Rechnungswesen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Führen und Entwicklung des Teams (4 Mitarbeitende)
  • Führung des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens für Schweiz und internationale Standorte
  • Abschluss der periodischen Abschlüsse nach OR/IFRS
  • Erstellung von Reports und Cockpits für GL/VR und das Mutterhaus
  • Erstellung der Liquiditäts- und Budgetplanung
  • Entwicklung des Finanz- und Investitionsplans sowie des Budgets für GL/VR
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnung und Steuererklärungen
  • Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens
  • Lückenlose Optimierung von Prozessen und Mitwirkung an verschiedenen Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Höherer Abschluss im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Kenntnisse über Steuern International sind vorteilhaft
  • IT-Affinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z.B. Dynamics)
  • Hohe Empathie, positive Grundeinstellung, Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, diplomatisches Geschick sowie hohe Flexibilität
  • Zielorientiertheit, Teamorientiertheit und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
