Wir suchen einen motivierten Projektleiter:in, der sich in einem dynamischen Unternehmen befindet und IT-Projekte erfolgreich umsetzen möchte. Als Servicemanager:in wird er oder sie unsere Kunden mit erstklassigem Service begeistern.

Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten inklusive Budget- und Zeitmanagement.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung sowie der Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Koordination und Steuerung unserer Serviceleistungen als Servicemanager:in.
  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen ihnen und unserem Team.
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Entwicklung neuer Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
  • Aktive Akquise neuer Projekte und Kundenentwicklung.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Begeisterung für innovative Technologien und deren Anwendung in Unternehmen.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Projektmanagement-Know-how.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität sowie eine offene und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken.
