Key Account Manager

The Gi Group SA is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead its dynamic team in the luxury watch industry.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction while inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate should have experience in store management or as an assistant store manager, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving customer experiences.
We are looking for a proactive leader who can foster a positive work environment, promote good communication and relationships, and adapt work plans for smooth customer service. The successful candidate will also have initiative and PR/marketing experience, with proficiency in sales strategy and numbers-oriented skills.
The salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including personnel discount on a wide selection of products, potential for an open-ended contract based on performance, development and training opportunities, and contribution to health insurance costs.
