RFP Senior Manager/Director

As a key member of the newly established RFP team at our client, a leading European Infrastructure Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with both new and existing clients, supporting the firm's continued growth in the infrastructure investment sector.



This role offers a unique blend of Investor Relations and RFP Management responsibilities, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the organization's infrastructure solutions and effectively communicate these to clients and stakeholders.



Key responsibilities will include:




  • Becoming a product specialist and taking ownership of the organization's infrastructure solutions, including coordination of investor questions and requests relating to the organization and investor accounts.
  • Leading the Investor Relations communications, including content creation and responsibility for newsletters and articles in financial publications.
  • Taking full ownership of the RFP/DDQ process from prospective investors, developing RFP content items and data, and improving efficiency in information sourcing.
  • Coordinating advisory committee meetings, investor calls, and ad hoc client meetings, preparing materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and participating in meetings.
  • Responsible for the final reporting, including content, such as NAV, Quarterly Reports, and individual investor reports.


We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity/Energy Transition Infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a company with international orientation.



The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent tertiary education, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to oversee and understand complex and interdependent work streams.



Fluency in English and German is a must, both oral and in writing, with bilingualism being a plus.
