We are seeking a Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at Randstad Professionals. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints related to medical devices.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues. You will also be responsible for tracking and trending complaint data to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and have experience working in a quality assurance or compliance audit environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complaints related to medical devices
  • Identify root causes of complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Track and trend complaint data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of complaints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, engineering, life science, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance audit environment
  • Knowledge of medical device standards and regulations (e.g. ISO13485, MDD, EUMDR)
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing environment preferred
