We are now seeking an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis, subject to regulatory approval. This role requires candidates to be residents of Switzerland, preferably based in Zug or nearby, for occasional in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess transactions to identify potential money laundering activities.
  • Develop and implement effective anti-money laundering strategies to prevent and detect illicit activities.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and KYC processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive risk assessment framework.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Residency in Switzerland (ideally Zug or nearby).
  • Proven experience in anti-money laundering and compliance, particularly in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of SWISS AML/CTF regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise in KYC, due diligence, and transaction monitoring.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while ensuring compliance excellence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
