Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Cross Border Officer to join our team in Geneva. In this role, you will provide support and advice to staff across the Private Clients business regarding cross-border matters and related projects. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and providing independent reviews of cross-border manuals, analyzing compliance frameworks, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient cross-border training program and supporting front-office staff on cross-border related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree in laws or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in banking and finance, and fluency in French and English. You must also have excellent professional knowledge of MS Office tools and a good understanding of risk and cross-border regulations and practices in the private banking sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential. Ability to work well both independently and in a team, and under pressure, is also required.
