About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support for our Europe region. This is a temporary position lasting six months, reporting directly to the Director of HR for Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Europe Team with tasks related to employee lifecycle management, including contracts, addendums, and acknowledgement letters.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to arrange interviews with candidates and agencies.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new employees in the assigned territory, including IT access and HRIS updates.
  • Monitor and update leave trackers and systems for the region.
  • Assist the HR Europe Team with ad-hoc projects.
  • Submit various declarations and reports to relevant providers and administrations.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files.

Requirements:

  • Commercial degree and/or HR certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR Admin role, preferably with an international or multicultural company.
  • Fluent in French and English; any additional European language is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Well-organized, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information, and willing to learn.
  • Previous experience with a HRIS is beneficial.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is around 45,000 - 55,000 EUR per year, depending on experience.
