This exciting role offers an opportunity to join our Medical Affairs team as a Medical Advisor Alpine. As part of this position, you will provide medical expertise in assigned therapeutic areas across our portfolio (Rx, Ax, Cx) to ensure high-quality scientific and medical advice, education, and information to internal and external stakeholders regarding in-line and in-pre-launch products as well as new products under development.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will develop and execute local medical activities, lead medical strategy, and key projects for assigned areas (Cx, Ax, Rx), aligning with the regional tactical plan and global strategy under the supervision of the Senior Medical Manager Alpine Head of Medical in Alpine.
  • You will provide thorough up-to-date medical and scientific expertise in focus areas to drive Galderma's medical messages delivery to key stakeholders (prescribing physicians, physician-researchers, pharmacists, scientists, key opinion leaders) and build partnerships with them. You will respond timely to medical inquiries.
  • You will collaborate closely - internally - cross-functionally (marketing, market access, sales, regulatory, compliance, QA, pharmacovigilance...) and - externally - with the medical dermatology community, patient organizations, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality scientific and medical information and education is provided.
  • You will identify local needs and possibilities for joint value creation with internal & external healthcare system stakeholders and develop projects to address them.
  • You will review and co-develop promotional and non-promotional material.
  • You will collaborate with Alpine Medical Affairs and EMEAC team members in the execution of relevant clinical activities in assigned projects and ensure alignment of local medical activities with the Global strategy.
  • You will ensure operational excellence and compliance, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations as well as Galderma standards.
  • You will be responsible for clinical trial oversight within the country and liaise with Investigators and the CRO when applicable.
  • You will facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) process upon investigator request.
Requirements
  • You must hold a Medical Degree or MSc, PhD degree in health sciences.
  • You should have proven prior experience in Medical Affairs, and Biologics and Launches.
  • You should have developed short to long-term operational plans for optimizing the organization or function and executed strategies.
  • Dermatology Immunology/Allergology/Rheumatology therapy areas are desirable.
  • You should have understanding of commercial context, possibly from prior clinical trial and/or medical affairs experience.
  • You should have understanding of Healthcare System & Experience in country compliance.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and team competencies.
  • You should have medical and scientific writing skills.
  • You should have demonstrable experience of developing and presenting scientific/medical content at various levels, including senior KOLs/KTLs.
  • You should have business partnering, stakeholder management, with innovative and strategic thinking.
  • You should be fluent in English, German is a must and French is a plus.
