Wir suchen einen engagierten Business Intelligence (BI) Spezialisten, der uns mit Engagement und Expertenwissen begleitet.

Die Rolle
  • Konzeption und Design: Du bist für die Konzeption von begeisternden technischen Lösungen verantwortlich, designst diese und hast dabei stets die funktionalen und nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen sowie strategische Paradigmen im Blick.
  • Beratung und Schulung: Du berätst die Fachbereiche in Bezug auf ihre Daten- und Reportingbedarfe, dokumentierst und trainierst die Key- und End-User und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung von Anforderungsspezifikationen durch Requirementes Engineering.
  • Migration und Optimierung: Du migrierst die Legacy-BI-Applikationen in die Zielarchitektur, analysierst und optimierst dabei produktive BI-Applikationen und führst routinemässige Datenbereinigungen und -Pflegefunktionen durch.
  • Test und Qualitätssicherung: Du sicherst die Qualität von BI-Applikationen, bereitest Qualitätssicherungsmassnahmen vor, bewertest und validierst betriebliche Lösungen und informierst durch eine offene und proaktive Kommunikation die Anwendenden bei Störungen oder geplanten Unterbrüchen.
  • Kommunikation und Koordination: Du kommunizierst mit internen und externen Interessensgruppen und präsentierst die Ergebnisse, nimmst Koordinationsaufgaben zwischen Applikations-Anwendenden und technischen Rollen wahr, bearbeitest Change Requests und aktualisierst, pflegst und verwaltest die für den Applikationsbetrieb benötigten Dokumentationen.
Anforderungen
  • Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen (mind. auf Niveau FH).
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fachgebiet Business Intelligence sowie im SAP BW-Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse aktueller Methoden, Technologien und Werkzeuge für die Bereitstellung von Data Services sowie in der Entwicklung und Anwendung von Business Intelligence Frontendsystemen (z. B. Microsoft Power BI).
  • Interesse oder erste Erfahrungen in Cloud Technologien (wie bspw. Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory).
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Erfahrung in der Datenverarbeitung mittels SQL Stored Procedures.
  • Interesse oder erste Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsmethoden (wie bspw. Scrum, SAFe).
