Le Coach Agile est un agent du changement pour les entreprises ayant fait le choix de l'agilité. Il les aide et les accompagne à la transformation sur le long terme. Connaisseur de la philosophie, il appréhende également tous les aspects liés au changement.

Vos domaines d'intervention sont les suivants :

  • Identifier l'équipe produit et analyser la situation
  • Proposer une organisation adaptée et des pratiques early stage
  • Participer aux cérémonies et différents préparatifs : backlog refinement et kicks-off, daily stand-up, sprint planning / review / retrospective
  • Véritable Change Manager, il accompagner l'ensemble de l'entreprise au changement avec des ateliers, des formations et une communication efficace

Vos compétences clés

  • Votre sens de l'organisation et des priorités dans des environnements complexes
  • Des qualités pédagogiques et de leadership : communiquer, convaincre, porter l'équipe et le projet pour accompagner le changement
  • Bonne vision des tenants et aboutissants des différentes approches

Le profil idéal

Vous souhaitez vous investir dans la transformation digitale de grands comptes accompagnant ces derniers dans des mutations à fort enjeux. Vous avez une expérience dans la mise en place de méthodes agiles et une capacité à communiquer avec des équipes diverses. Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et d'assumer des responsabilités importantes.
