About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Exclusive Experience Curator to join our team as a Private Travel Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experiential Travel Design: Create personalized travel experiences that cater to the unique preferences and requirements of our discerning clients.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong connections with key private members and family offices to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Event Development and Hosting: Host and create events to showcase our luxury travel services and engage with clients in an exclusive setting.
  • Service Enhancement: Continuously enhance the quality of services offered by staying informed about the latest luxury travel trends and collaborating with internal teams to develop unique experiences.
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (C1 level or higher) is required for this role.
  • Proficiency in other languages such as Swiss-German, French, and/or Italian is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high-net-worth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements.
  • Expertise in the global luxury travel market, with established connections and access to exclusive networks and services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and understand the needs of discerning clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle last-minute changes and challenges with ease.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all travel plans are flawlessly executed.
  • Availability to provide round-the-clock service to clients, as needed.
  • Proficiency in using advanced travel management software and luxury travel tools.
