At EUROCITY, we are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our quality department in the air traffic management sector. As a Quality Security expert, your mission will be to enhance our Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and maintaining our IMS, ensuring seamless integration with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements
- Overseeing EASA regulatory compliance for DPO certification, guaranteeing our organization remains compliant with industry regulations
- Promoting a strong culture of quality and safety through training and coaching, empowering our team members to excel in their roles
- Managing internal audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity
- Providing expert consulting services in software assurance and safety for air traffic management, leveraging your expertise to guide our development teams
- Leading a team of three engineers, fostering an environment that prioritizes quality, security, and compliance
- Reporting directly to the director, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with organizational goals
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• A degree in engineering, preferably with experience in ISO 9001 and 27001
• A proven track record in aerospace or air traffic control, demonstrating your understanding of industry-specific challenges
• Knowledge of ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 standards, enabling you to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with autonomy and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, allowing you to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally, supporting our global operations
