About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant Health with a strong background in healthcare IT and business analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing business and IT processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize these processes. Your expertise will help our clients to improve their digital transformation and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and IT processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop solutions to optimize business and IT processes
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT and business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
