Audemars Piguet recherche un Incident & Problem Manager pour rejoindre son équipe IT/Digital basée au Brassus. Ce poste est rattaché au pôle Industrial Solutions et est responsable de la coordination des activités liées aux processus de gestion des incidents et des problèmes dans le but de supprimer les impacts sur les opérations courantes.
Le candidat idéal possèdera une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire (minimum 8 ans) et sera certifié ITIL4. Il/Elle devra avoir une bonne connaissance des environnements IT, des systèmes, de l'infrastructure, du réseau et de l'exploitation, ainsi que des architectures applicatives. La maîtrise de Service NOW pour la gestion des incidents, des problèmes et des reportings associés est également requise.
Les responsabilités de ce poste incluent l'animation et la cadence des taskforces lors de la gestion d'incidents, le suivi et la coordination de l'incident pour le résoudre conformément aux SLA et processus définis, la validation des comptes-rendus post-mortems et plans d'actions associés, ainsi que l'organisation et l'animation du suivi opérationnel avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Le candidat sélectionné devra également élaborer, suivre et diffuser les reportings liés à l'activité de gestion d'incidents, animer les comités de gestion des Problèmes IT Industrial Solutions, suivre les problèmes via SNOW et les plans d'actions associés avec les équipes techniques, et proposer des évolutions sur les processus et les outils (SNOW) au CIO Office.
Le poste offre également la possibilité de travailler à distance et d'avoir une contribution à vos activités sportives ou culturelles. Le candidat sélectionné devra être capable de comprendre et d'analyser les incidents, leurs symptômes et analyser les root cause, ainsi que d'avoir un excellent relationnel et d'une grande aisance à communiquer, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Qualifications- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire (minimum 8 ans)

- Maitrise de Service NOW
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques et du reporting
- Capacité à comprendre et analyser les incidents
